The former as a result seals his return to Lakeside.Hedman of course as defending Lakeside Women’s World Champion returns anyway automatically while Lawrie wasn’t assured despite reaching the final. He won two titles over the course of the day winning the Youth title.

But he also won the men’s senior title seeing off Jarno Bottenberg 6-2 firing in three 180’s and averaging 93.61. She defeated rising Turkish star Zehra Gemi 5-2 in the final after also defeating Irina Armstrong, Emine Dursun, Michelle Merlit, Romy Vermeulen and Maja Oijerstedt.

Both return for today’s Denmark Masters but have had success in the opening tournament of the weekend which has gleamed Lakeside spots for both albeit for Lawrie it is pivotal more than Hedman who has already qualified.

Men’s WDF Denmark Open ResultsPlayer 1AverageScoreVSScoreAveragePlayer 2FinalsMitchell Lawrie-93.616VS2-81.38Jarno BottenbergSemi-FinalsMitchell Lawrie-90.615VS1-83.44Andy BaetensJarno Bottenberg-83.575VS2-80.49Darren JohnsonQuarter-FinalsJarno Bottenberg-80.054VS1-69Pat ScurfieldMitchell Lawrie-102.244VS3-90.48Ross MontgomeryAndy Baetens-87.64VS2-86.09Neil DuffDarren Johnson-76.864VS2-83.89Mike Van DuivenbodeTop 16Darren Johnson-92.864VS3-83.06Michael ThomsonNeil Duff-75.14VS1-81.1Dennis NilssonMitchell Lawrie-85.14VS2-83.39Anthony BrownPat Scurfield-86.584VS3-88.21PAul KrohneRoss Montgomery-90.584VS2-87.03Alex WilliamsAndy Baetens-98.594VS2-94.27Scott RobertsonJarno Bottenberg-84.684VS0-71.17Roemer MooijmanMike Van Duivenbode-91.534VS3-84.87Kilian HohnstedtWomen’s WDF Denmark Open ResultsPlayer 1AverageScoreVSScoreAveragePlayer 2FinalsDeta Hedman-71.795VS2-67.66ZEHRA GemiSemi-FinalsDeta Hedman-73.354VS2-66.05Irina ArmstrongZEHRA Gemi-72.474VS2-73.03Aileen de GraafQuarter-FinalsDeta Hedman-72.044VS3-64.55Emine DursunIrina Armstrong-70.384VS3-74.65Kirsi ViinikainenZEHRA Gemi-71.574VS0-49.75Mercedes PietersAileen de Graaf-67.84VS3-56.49Ayşegül KaragözTop 16Deta Hedman-66.074VS0-48.67Michelle MerlitEmine Dursun-95.434VS0-63.1Maud JanssonKirsi Viinikainen-85.894VS0-66.61Adriana van Wijgerden-VermaatIrina Armstrong-72.564VS2-55.7Maret LiiriZEHRA Gemi-57.814VS0-50.68Layla BrusselMercedes Pieters-64.884VS2-65.32Anna ForsmarkAyşegül Karagöz-74.474VS3-72.61Snezana VeljkovicAileen de Graaf-68.694VS1-67.17Jo Rolls

This weekend sees a popular WDF tournament on the calendar in the form of the Denmark Open and…

[2
27,26,39836,39837,28644
0":"post-73853","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-denmark","8":"tag-danmark","9":"tag-denmark","10":"tag-deta-hedman","11":"tag-mitchell-lawrie","12":"tag-wdf
["GET
