Netflix has today unveiled the official trailer and new images of Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine. The new installment of the series, created by Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato and continuing the universe of Money Heist and Berlin, will premiere globally on Netflix on May 15.

Berlin and his gang are back with a new master plan that begins with the commission they receive from the Duke of Málaga: to steal Leonardo Da Vinci’s iconic masterpiece, Lady with an Ermine. Seville becomes the backdrop for the greatest heist in history — a plan so brilliant it is, in itself, a work of art.

Pedro Alonso (Berlin, Money Heist), Michelle Jenner (Berlin, Isabel), Tristán Ulloa (Berlin, The Asunta Case), Begoña Vargas (Berlin, Welcome to Eden), Julio Peña Fernández (Berlin, The Captive) and Joel Sánchez (Berlin, La favorita 1922) reprise their roles in this new instalment. They are joined by Inma Cuesta (The Mess You Leave Behind) as Candela, a new addition to the gang who will steal Berlin’s heart, as well as José Luis García-Pérez (Honor) and Marta Nieto (Mother) as the Duke and Duchess of Málaga.

The eight episodes of the series, created by Álex Pina (Money Heist, Sky Rojo) and Esther Martínez Lobato (Money Heist, Sky Rojo), are written by the creators themselves along with David Barrocal, Lorena G. Maldonado, Itziar Sanjuán, Humberto Ortega and Luis Garrido Julve. The episodes are directed by Albert Pintó (Berlin, Nowhere, Money Heist), David Barrocal (Sky Rojo, Billionaires’ Bunker), and José Manuel Cravioto (Billionaires’ Bunker, Diablero).

About Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine

Berlin and Damián bring the gang together, this time in Seville, to pull off a master heist: pretending to steal the Lady with an Ermine. Pretending? Why? Because their real target is the Duke of Málaga and his wife, a couple who think they can blackmail Berlin. What they don’t expect is that their challenge will awaken Berlin’s darkest side — and his thirst for revenge.

About Vancouver Media:

Vancouver Media is a fiction series production company founded in late 2016 by Álex Pina with the aim of creating distinctly differentiating proposals.
