LCKY Group is also the owner of B2B gaming supplier Swintt, and manages the Glitnor Ventures investment vehicle.<\/p>\n
The acquisition of RoyalCasino is expected to significantly deepen LCKY Group\u2019s presence in Denmark and enhance its overall geographic mix, by bringing in more revenue from the \u201cwell-regulated and stable jurisdiction\u201d.<\/p>\n
The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to LCKY Group\u2019s earnings, delivering an estimated 18-20% increase in group revenue and a 29-31% increase in EBITDA.<\/p>\n
LCKY Group added that the deal creates further opportunity for the operator to optimise its brand positioning in Denmark, while allowing the RoyalCasino brand to launch in additional markets.<\/p>\n
The group\u2019s increased scale and combined expertise post-transaction are further expected to drive continued product enhancement and more efficient go-to-market execution.<\/p>\n
The news follows LCKY Group\u2019s previous announcement that its LuckyCasino brand had entered Spain\u2019s iGaming market in April.<\/p>\n
