The pilot therefore decided to make an unscheduled landing to have the passenger removed from the aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The man was taken into custody by police waiting on the tarmac. Luggage then had to be unloaded to access the troublemaker\u2019s bags, a police spokesman said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The Ryanair flight was subsequently able to continue its journey to its original destination in Spain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The man faces charges of breaching the Aviation Security Act during the incident, which happened on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It is not known whether he subsequently travelled home or booked a new flight to his holiday destination.
