Air Congo to fly to Brussels"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-sentry-element=\"Component\" data-sentry-component=\"Heading\" data-sentry-source-file=\"heading.tsx\">Air Congo, the national airline of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is launching a direct route from Kinshasa, the country\u2019s capital, to Brussels.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the first European route for the new national carrier from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which has been operating since 2024. Air Congo\u2019s route from one of Africa\u2019s largest countries to the Belgian capital will launch on 1 July. Flights from Kinshasa to Brussels will operate five times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with return flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The route will be operated using a Dreamliner leased from Ethiopian Airlines, according to pasa\u017cer.com. Why? At present, Air Congo does not have aircraft capable of flying such long distances non-stop.
