{"id":806,"date":"2026-02-06T10:55:43","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/806\/"},"modified":"2026-02-06T10:55:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:55:43","slug":"arkia-israeli-airlines-will-fly-from-tel-aviv-to-vilnius","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/806\/","title":{"rendered":"Arkia Israeli Airlines will fly from Tel Aviv to Vilnius"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Minister of Transport and Communications Juras Taminskas says Lithuania is consistently enhancing accessibility and openness to the world, whereas every new carrier and new direct destination is a clear sign that Lithuania is visible, reliable and attractive to international partners.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial director at Lithuanian Airports, Gintar\u0117 Norvilait\u0117-Tautevi\u010d\u0117, says the new connection will contribute to developing air transport between Lithuania and Israel, creating better conditions for business, tourism and cultural ties.<\/p>\n<p>Arkia Israeli Airlines CEO Oz Berlowitz says the launch of Vilnius flight is part of a greater strategy to expand the airline\u2019s European network and enhance international ties.<\/p>\n<p>He says the new connection will benefit Israeli travellers and provide Lithuanian residents with direct access to Israel, boosting tourism, business and human relations between both countries.<\/p>\n<p>Flights from Vilnius to Tel Aviv will be carried out from 21 May to 4 October three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.<\/p>\n<p>Planes will depart Tel Aviv for Vilnius at 6 a.m. and return from Lithuania to Israel at 11:20 a.m. <\/p>\n<p>Direct flights from Lithuania to Tel Aviv take less than 4 hours, they will be carried out by Airbus A320 that has capacity for 180 passengers.<\/p>\n<p>Arkia Israeli Airlines is one of the largest airlines of Israel that was established in 1949.
