Each boat is limited to a maximum of 20 people, including around 12-16 paddlers and one drummer.<\/p>\n<p>During the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitberlin.de\/en\/berlinpay\" title=\"BerlinPay\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"22400960-a3c0-46a9-a0a5-1be10d01119a\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BerlinPay<\/a> campaign, if you travel by bike or public transport on 5 June, you will receive an introduction from the DLRG on how to behave safely on the water. Afterwards, you can ride along for free on the BerlinPay dragon boat during the Dragon Boat Cup. A definite highlight in the events calendar is the Dragon Boat Cup against the picturesque backdrop of the Oberbaum Bridge, where participants paddle for a good cause.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the proceeds from the Cup will go to the Jahn\u2019sche Stiftung and the F\u00f6rderverein Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum Neuk\u00f6lln in Buckow e.V. Refreshments and musical entertainment are, of course, also provided. This is being organised by the team at nhow Berlin, which is located right on the banks of the Spree.
