The cabin spans 59sqm, with an additional 15sqm guest house added in 2016, and is arranged around an open-plan living space beneath a vaulted timber ceiling. Large windows draw light into the interior and frame views towards the lake, while a wood-burning stove sits at the centre of the main room. Much of the original pine joinery and built-in furniture remains intact.<\/p>\n

Sliding doors open onto a timber deck with space for outdoor dining and glimpses of the water through the trees. The surrounding landscape lends itself to outdoor life, with swimming, canoeing, fishing and forest walks all accessible from the house.<\/p>\n
