Our members expect a settlement that provides real economic improvement for everyone, says Mona Bj\u00f8rnstad, negotiation leader for YS Kommune Oslo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We need a real offer from the employer. Salary and good working conditions are very important for retaining and recruiting skilled employees, and it means a lot when young people are choosing a profession and working life, says Bj\u00f8rnstad.<\/p>\n<p>Here the strike will be felt<\/p>\n<p>YS Kommune Oslo will take 69 members on strike if the parties are unable to reach an agreement by the deadline of May 28th at 12:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The members we will take out on strike are important for the operation of the municipalities, and will primarily affect the employer. The employer will notice this from the first day if there is a strike, says Bj\u00f8rnstad.<\/p>\n<p>Those who will be striking work in a wide range of municipal tasks, but there is a preponderance of administrative positions. Several work in service tasks, technical operations, finance and administrative positions such as advisors or managers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The goal of the strike is to hit the employer and not the residents, but there is always a risk that residents could be affected by a strike, says Bj\u00f8rnstad.<\/p>\n<p>Here we are recruiting members<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Municipal Audit Office: 1 member<br \/>City Council Secretariat: 5 members<br \/>City council leader&#8217;s office: 2 members<br \/>Oslobygg KF: 10 members<br \/>Education Agency: 23 members<br \/>Digitization Agency: 2 members<br \/>Financial and Administrative Service: 3 members<br \/>Health Service: 1 member<br \/>Nursing Home Authority: 1 member<br \/>Ullern district: 1 member<br \/>Urban Environment Agency: 20 members<br \/>(A total of 69 members in phase 1)<\/p>\n<p>Delta will initially select 40 members, Parat 20 members and the School Leaders&#8217; Association 9 members.<\/p>\n<p>These are the requirements<\/p>\n<p>YS-Kommune Oslo has, among other things, these demands in this year&#8217;s settlement:<\/p>\n<p>Significant real wage growth for members<br \/>\nEnsure development opportunities and salary benefits through skills development and education<br \/>\nBetter working hours and rights in different life situations<br \/>\nRaising the allowance for inconvenient working hours<\/p>\n<p>This year is the main settlement, and negotiations are being held on both salaries and other provisions in the collective agreement. YS Kommune Oslo consists of the YS unions Delta, Skolelederforbundet and Parat.<\/p>\n<p>Facts about YS Municipality Oslo<\/p>\n<p>The municipality of Oslo is one of the country&#8217;s largest workplaces and is a separate collective bargaining area. YS Municipality Oslo (YS-K Oslo) represents the YS unions Delta, Skolelederforbundet and Parat which all have members in the municipality of Oslo.
