These bonds began trading on May 19 on the Nasdaq Vilnius and Euronext Dublin stock exchanges.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">During the issuance, the final order book exceeded \u20ac1 billion, with more than 100 investors participating\u00a0in the offering. The final investor list consists of 81 investors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">MAXIMA GRUP\u0116\u2019s bonds were subscribed by a wide range of institutional investors from the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the Baltics\u00a0and the Nordic countries.\u00a0Investors\u00a0demonstrated\u00a0exceptionally strong interest in the securities offered, with demand exceeding supply more than three times.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">The majority of\u00a0the funds\u00a0raised through the bond issuance\u00a0will be used to refinance a short-term loan, while the remaining funds will be used to support the operations of\u00a0MAXIMA GRUP\u0116\u2019s\u00a0companies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"padding-left:0px;\">For the bond programme\u00a0and the\u00a0subsequent\u00a0drawdown, MAXIMA GRUP\u0116 selected Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, ING, and SEB as its banking partners, legal advice was provided by Clifford Chance LLP and COBALT.
