There is no doubt about it \u2014 Bayern Munich<\/a> has a strong interest in Hertha Berlin midfielder Kennet Eichhorn.<\/p>\n

In fact, the interest is so out in the open that Bayern Munich did not even fall back on the old company line of \u201cwe don\u2019t talk about players at other clubs\u201d when board member for sport, Max Eberl, was recently asked about Eichhorn.<\/p>\n

Eberl could not be any more blunt about the club\u2019s interest.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you see Kenny Eichhorn, we wouldn\u2019t be doing our job properly if we didn\u2019t consider him. Now we have to see if it\u2019s a fit and what his and his management\u2019s vision is. Whether it actually happens is a completely different matter,\u201d Eberl said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia<\/a>).<\/p>\n

For Eichhorn, the question likely revolves around playing time and opportunity. If the youngster believes he can get the requisite minutes at Bayern Munich, he could heavily consider such a move. If not, another Bundesliga club could take the lead.<\/p>\n
