As reported by Sky Germany<\/a>, Liverpool have entered the race for Hertha Berlin wonderkid, Kennet Eichhorn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 16-year-old defensive midfielder is expected to leave Hertha this summer with a release clause of around \u20ac10m-\u20ac12m.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Eichhorn is not short of offers, having attracted the interest of several top European clubs, including Eintracht Frankfurt<\/a>, Borussia Dortmund<\/a>, and now Liverpool.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Back in May, BVB sporting director Ole Book discussed their interest in the teenager to the media:<\/p>\n

\u201cI do think he has a certain creativity,\u201d Book told Ruhr Nachrichten. \u201cWe know him well, we like him. Like probably many other clubs, we like the player. We\u2019ll see about everything else.\u201d<\/p>\n

As per reports, Liverpool have held concrete talks with the player and his representatives. It will be a tough decision for the teenager and one which he will have to get right if he\u2019s to reach his potential.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Who is Kennet Eichhorn?<\/p>\n

Awarded his 2. Bundesliga debut by Stefan Leitl at 16 years and 14 days in August 2025, Eichhorn has played 15 times for Hertha Berlin in Germany\u2019s second division, picking up seven yellow cards in 999 minutes of football.<\/p>\n

Valued at \u20ac20m on Transfermarkt, the defensive midfielder has also attracted attention from Europe\u2019s elite clubs: Real Madrid<\/a>, Manchester United<\/a>, Barcelona<\/a>, Paris Saint-Germain<\/a>, and Arsenal<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n
