US defense and national security company Mission Essential Group, which is starting operations in Lithuania, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, known as VILNIUS TECH. Mission Essential Group plans to manufacture MiSu armored vehicles in Lithuania. The vehicles were developed by Finnish defense technology company Protolab together with the Finnish Defence Forces.<\/p>\n
The company also plans to develop vehicle modernization and technical maintenance in Lithuania. In defense supply chains, local production and maintenance can change how capabilities are built and sustained.
