VERSUS and PepsiCo brought together fans, creatives and leading voices from across the women\u2019s football space for an exclusive weekend celebrating the UEFA Women\u2019s Champions League Final in Oslo.<\/p>\n
Taking over Oslo\u2019s iconic sports bar Carls, \u2018Game Changers Live\u2019 explored the future of the women\u2019s game through the lens of culture, leadership and community \u2013 blending live conversations, performances and matchday experiences across the weekend.<\/p>\n
At the centre of the event was VERSUS\u2019 live panel programme, \u201cGame On\u201d, curated by Editor-in-Chief Amie Cripps and CEO Corey Pellatt. Opening Saturday\u2019s discussions, Amie and Corey unpacked the cultural growth of women\u2019s football and the shifts redefining fandom, identity and visibility within the game today.<\/p>\n
The headline conversation then saw England manager Sarina Wiegman join Ian Wright on stage alongside Amie for a powerful discussion on leadership, pressure and the responsibility that comes with shaping the next generation of the women\u2019s game.<\/p>\n
From the standards required to succeed at the elite level to the growing cultural influence of players and coaches beyond the pitch, the conversation reflected on how women\u2019s football has evolved into one of the most progressive and emotionally connected spaces in sport. Both Wright and Wiegman also shared their thoughts ahead of the final itself, celebrating the continued rise of clubs like FC Barcelona Femen\u00ed and Olympique Lyonnais F\u00e9minin on the European stage.<\/p>\n
The weekend opened on Friday night with a live performance from Norwegian artist Julie Bergan, while Oslo dance collective Jump Crew unveiled a new collaborative drop from adidas and Pepsi on stage. DJs carried the energy through the night as guests enjoyed Pepsi-inspired cocktails and Doritos-themed food throughout the venue.<\/p>\n
Following Saturday\u2019s panel programme, attendees stayed to watch the final together as Barcelona lifted the trophy in front of a packed-out crowd at Ullevaal Stadion.<\/p>\n
