It is the fewest ever at a major tournament from the big three of Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord, with all previous World Cup squads having at least six players from the Dutch trio. Stefan de Vrij, Jeremie Frimpong and Kees Smit were left out and uncapped West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville was among the surprise names. \u201cIf he hadn\u2019t been injured in March, he would have been part of the squad already.
