The annual general meeting of Observe Medical ASA (the “Company” or “Observe
Medical”, Euronext Expand ticker “OBSRV”) was held today, on 29 May 2026 at
10:00 hours (CEST), at Dronning Eufemias gate 16, 2nd floor, 0191 Oslo, Norway.<\/p>\n
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of
directors and the nomination committee.<\/p>\n
