The restaurant has quickly made a name for itself by turning fermentation into fine dining, with a hyper-seasonal menu built around Nordic ingredients, preservation techniques and produce from small local suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Gr\u00f6n has secured its second Michelin star, cementing its place among Finland\u2019s culinary elite. Long celebrated for its ingredient-driven cooking and one of the country\u2019s most ambitious vegetable-focused tasting menus, Gr\u00f6n continues to prove that vegetables can be every bit as exciting as meat or fish.<\/p>\n<p>With its second star, Gr\u00f6n joins Palace in Michelin\u2019s two-star club. Palace earned its second star in 2022 and remains one of Finland\u2019s most acclaimed restaurants, regularly topping rankings of the country\u2019s best dining destinations.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in Finland, Michelin stars remain with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/helsinki\/restaurants\/demo\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Demo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/helsinki\/restaurants\/restaurant-olo\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Olo<\/a>\u00a0and Finnj\u00e4vel in Helsinki, Kaskis in Turku and V\u00e5r in Porvoo.<\/p>\n<p>There was one small shake-up: Helsinki restaurant Plein lost its Bib Gourmand distinction, Michelin\u2019s award for particularly good value dining, though it remains listed among the guide\u2019s recommended restaurants.
