Stockholm, June 2, 2026 \u2013 Revelop has acquired Kungs\u00e4ngen 34:4, a strategically located urban industrial asset in Uppsala, further strengthening its presence in one of Sweden\u2019s fastest-growing urban regions. The asset is located adjacent to a recently acquired industrial asset and expands Revelop\u2019s footprint in the area. <\/p>\n
The asset comprises approximately 12,500 sqm of lettable area and is prominently positioned along Kungsgatan, with strong visibility and proximity to ongoing residential, commercial and infrastructure development. In recent years, Kungs\u00e4ngen has evolved from a traditional industrial district into an increasingly integrated extension of central Uppsala, driven by population growth and continued urban development in the surrounding area. <\/p>\n
Revelop plans to implement targeted initiatives with the ambition of improving operational efficiency and strengthening the asset\u2019s environmental performance. With a total footprint of 61,000 sqm Revelop will be able to consolidate the business plan of its two Kungs\u00e4ngen assets in order to strengthen their combined market positioning and future development initiatives. <\/p>\n
