The shares will be delivered at a price of NOK<br \/>4.39 and 5.25 per share. The initial forward price of NOK 7.72 and 7.91 per<br \/>share has been adjusted for dividends and interest changes. <\/p>\n<p>ABGSC owns 6,377,268 treasury shares following the transaction above. The<br \/>company has forward contracts with partners purchasing a total of 62,792,000<br \/>shares with settlement in 2026-2031.<\/p>\n<p>Jonas Str\u00f6m has purchased 500,000 shares at a price of NOK 4.39 per share as<br \/>settlement of forward contract previously entered into. The previously agreed<br \/>price of NOK 7.72 per share has been adjusted for dividends and interest<br \/>changes. Following the transaction Jonas Str\u00f6m owns 5,875,000 shares plus<br \/>1,200,000 shares on forward contracts. His total holding incl. forward contracts<br \/>is unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Erik Skog has purchased 600,000 shares at a price of NOK 4.39 per share and<br \/>240,000 shares at a price of NOK 5.25 per share as settlement of forward<br \/>contracts previously entered into. The previously agreed prices of NOK 7.72 and<br \/>NOK 7.91 per share respectively, have been adjusted for dividends and interest<br \/>changes. Following the transaction Erik Skog owns 1,990,000 shares plus<br \/>1,710,000 shares on forward contracts.
