{"id":98369,"date":"2026-06-03T02:47:11","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T02:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/98369\/"},"modified":"2026-06-03T02:47:11","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T02:47:11","slug":"keel-laid-for-future-canadian-coast-guard-heavy-icebreaker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/dk\/98369\/","title":{"rendered":"Keel laid for future Canadian Coast Guard heavy icebreaker"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Helsinki Shipyard in Finland has laid the keel of the future CCGS Arpatuuq, the first in a <a aria-label=\"content\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bairdmaritime.com\/work-boat-world\/icebreaking\/first-steel-cut-for-canadian-coast-guard-polar-icebreaker\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">new class of heavy polar icebreakers<\/a> being built for the Canadian Coast Guard.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel is being constructed for the Canadian Coast Guard under an industrial collaboration between Canadian-controlled facilities in Helsinki, Finland and L\u00e9vis, Canada.
