Tihti on venimise p\u00f5hjuseks ka v\u00e4rske \u00fcldplaneeringu puudumine, mis annaks ette kindlamad kokkulepitud raamid. Hipodroomi kvartali ehitusloani j\u00f5udsime menetlusprotsessi algatamisest kuus aastat hiljem ja see k\u00f5ik j\u00f5uab tarbija jaoks hindadesse,\u00bb selgitas Randmets.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/majandus.postimees.ee\/8248291\/kinnisvaraarendaja-linnaametnikel-voiks-olla-tulemustasud-et-asjad-kiiremini-liiguksid\">Randmets kurtis sarnast muret Postimehele ka kevadel<\/a> ning toona vastas Tallinna linna esindaja, et nad teevad muudatusi, et planeeringute protsesse kiirendada.<\/p>\n<p>Sarika ja nurgakivi s\u00fcndmuse raames viidi tunnelis l\u00e4bi seitsme erakonna debatt. \u00abMe sihiks oli tuua kokku valdkonna ettev\u00f5tjad ja linna esindajad. Praeguse Tallinna linnavalitsusega on valdkonnas juba mitmeid positiivseid muudatusi ellu viidud &#8211; kiirenenud on menetlusprotsess, P\u00f5hja-Tallinn sai septembri l\u00f5pus \u00fcldplaneeringu. Neid ja teisi muudatusi on vaja, sest lihtsustatult \u00f6eldes hoiavad aeglased arendusprotsessid raha ringlemast, mis kahjustab ka linnaeelarvet ja linna v\u00f5imekust vajalikke teenuseid tagada,\u00bb \u00fctles Randmets.<\/p>\n<p>Valdav osa erakondi oli debatil \u00fchel meelel, et peamisteks v\u00e4ljakutseteks on k\u00f5rged eluasemehinnad, aegan\u00f5udvad planeerimismenetlused ja vajadus linna nutika tihendamise j\u00e4rele. Mitmed erakondade esindajad pakkusid lahendusena v\u00e4lja reaalajas j\u00e4lgitava planeerimiss\u00fcsteemi, mis toimiks sarnaselt kullerirakendusele \u2013 v\u00f5imaldades t\u00e4pselt n\u00e4ha, millises etapis menetlus parasjagu on.
