Enamasti j\u00e4\u00e4vad vastanute \u00fc\u00fcrisummad alla 500 euro kuus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Citadele Balti jaepanganduse juhi ja juhatuse liikme Edward Rebase s\u00f5nul n\u00e4itab panga uuring, et kuigi Eesti on endiselt tugevalt koduomanike riik, puudutab \u00fc\u00fcriturg v\u00e4ga konkreetseid gruppe: noori, suuremate linnade elanikke, v\u00e4lismaalasi ja neid, kes alles koguvad oma esimese kodu sissemakset.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00ab\u00dc\u00fcr on \u00fcks neid kulusid, mille t\u00f5usu inimene tunneb kohe. Kes aga plaanib siiski kodu osta, siis on oluline ka see, palju j\u00e4\u00e4b alles s\u00e4\u00e4stmiseks, investeerimiseks v\u00f5i sissemakse kogumiseks,\u00bb \u00fctles Rebane.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Eestis j\u00e4\u00e4vad k\u00f5ige tavalisemad \u00fc\u00fcrisummad k\u00fcsitluse j\u00e4rgi alla 500 euro kuus. \u00dc\u00fcrnike seas maksab kuni 300 eurot kuus ligikaudu 48 protsenti ning 301\u2013500 eurot kuus umbes 34 protsenti \u00fc\u00fcrnikest. 501\u2013700 euro suurust \u00fc\u00fcri maksab ligikaudu 14 protsenti Eesti \u00fc\u00fcrnikest. \u00dcle 700 euro suuruse kuise \u00fc\u00fcriga vastajate osakaal j\u00e4i k\u00fcsitluses v\u00e4ga v\u00e4ikeseks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00dc\u00fcrimine on k\u00f5ige levinum 18\u201329-aastaste seas, kellest 38 protsenti \u00fc\u00fcrib eluaset. Tallinnas \u00fc\u00fcrib eluaset 34 protsenti vastanutest ning Tartus, P\u00e4rnus, Narvas ja Kohtla-J\u00e4rvel kokku 35 protsenti vastanutest.
