V\u00e4ljamakse suurus moodustab 4,4% fondi osaku viimasest sulgemishinnast.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">See on EfTEN United Property Fund\u2019i esimene rahaline v\u00e4ljamakse 2026. aastal. Alates EfTEN United Property Fund\u2019i osakute noteerimisest Nasdaq Tallinna v\u00e4\u00e4rtpaberiturul 2022. a mais, on fond teinud investoritele v\u00e4ljamakseid 1,83 euro ulatuses osaku kohta.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00e4ljamakse aluseks on laekunud dividendid ja omanikutulu k\u00f5ikidest alusfondidest ning intressid Invego Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla O\u00dc ja Menulio 7 b\u00fcroohoone omaniklaenudelt. V\u00e4ljamakse ei sisalda Invego Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla arendusettev\u00f5tte kasumit, mille fond plaanib suures osas v\u00e4lja maksta aasta teisel poolel.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00e4ljamakseid on \u00f5igus saada osakuomanikel, kes on kantud osakuomanike nimekirja 22. mail 2026. a fondi v\u00e4\u00e4rtpaberite registripidaja arvelduss\u00fcsteemi t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva l\u00f5pu seisuga (record date). Seega on fondi osakutega seotud \u00f5iguste muutmise p\u00e4ev (ex-date) 21. mai 2026. a. Alates sellest kuup\u00e4evast ei ole fondi osakuid omandanud isik \u00f5igustatud saama k\u00e4esolevas teates avaldatud v\u00e4ljamakset.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00e4ljamaksed osakuomanikele tehakse 4. juunil 2026. a \u00fclekandega osakuomaniku arveldusarvele.
