Alates 1. jaanuarist v\u00f5iks ministeeriumi plaani j\u00e4rgi teatud maanteedel liikuda kuni 25 meetri pikkused ja 60-tonnise massiga autorongid. Neid tuntakse Euroopa mooduls\u00fcsteemi nime all.<\/p>\n<p>Autorongide lubamise eesm\u00e4rk suurendada on vedude efektiivsust ja v\u00e4hendada keskkonnam\u00f5ju. Nimelt saab pikema autorongiga vedada kuni veerandi v\u00f5rra rohkem kaupa. Kuna sama kaubakoguse transportimiseks on vaja teha v\u00e4hem s\u00f5ite, v\u00e4heneb ka k\u00fctuse-, aja- ja t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5ukulu.<\/p>\n<p>Niiviisi oleks Eesti veotingimused konkurentsiv\u00f5imelisemad v\u00f5rreldes Skandinaavia riikidega, kus sarnased autorongid on juba kasutusel.<\/p>\n<p>Transpordiameti tellitud uuringute kohaselt on peamine lisanduv oht pikemate autorongidega seotud m\u00f6\u00f6das\u00f5iduga 1+1 maanteedel. Nii n\u00e4iteks n\u00f5uab 25 meetri pikkusest autorongist m\u00f6\u00f6das\u00f5it v\u00f5rreldes tavap\u00e4rase 17-meetrise poolhaagisega oluliselt pikemat aega ja vahemaad.<\/p>\n<p>Seletuskirja j\u00e4rgi on pikemast autorongist m\u00f6\u00f6dumiseks vaja 90 kilomeetrise tunnikiirusega alas 100 meetrit pikemat vaba teel\u00f5iku, et m\u00f6\u00f6das\u00f5it oleks ohutu &#8211; juht j\u00f5uaks teisest s\u00f5idukist ohutult m\u00f6\u00f6da s\u00f5ita ja oma suunav\u00f6\u00f6ndisse naasta.<\/p>\n<p>Kliimaministeerium nendib, et on oht, et s\u00f5iduautojuhid ei taju pikema autorongi tegelikku pikkust ja hindavad m\u00f6\u00f6das\u00f5iduks vajalikku vahemaad valesti, alustades man\u00f6\u00f6vrit olukorras, kus vaba teed ei ole piisavalt.<\/p>\n<p>Riskide maandamiseks lubatakse pikemad autorongid vaid eelnevalt transpordiameti poolt kaardistatud ja koosk\u00f5lastatud marsruutidele. Peamiselt on tegemist Eesti suuremate p\u00f5himaanteedega nagu Tallinna-P\u00e4rnu-Ikla, Tallinna-Tartu-Luhamaa ja Tallinna-Narva maanteed, \u00fchtlasi ka Tallinna ringtee.<\/p>\n<p>Kliimaministeerium m\u00e4rgib, et nii Soome kui ka Rootsi kogemus kinnitab, et pikemad autorongid v\u00f5ivad ohutult liikluses osaleda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kliimaministeerium soovib lubada maanteedele pikemad ja raskemad autorongid, aga nendest m\u00f6\u00f6dumine eeldab 100 meetrit pikemat vaba teel\u00f5iku.
