T\u00e4navu vahetati teekatted Sinim\u00e4e juures, teehoiu kava n\u00e4eb ette teekatte rekonstrueerimist Kivi\u00f5li kandis, kuid mitte enamat.<\/p>\n<p>Transpordiameti teehoiuteenistuse Ida osakonna juhataja Anti Palmi s\u00f5nul peaks teekond J\u00f5hvist Narvani kulgema m\u00f6\u00f6da neljarealist maanteed, sest liiklussagedus on seal isegi vaatamata Narva silla sulgemisele p\u00e4ris suur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seal on see r\u00e4nne h\u00e4sti tihe: J\u00f5hvi, Kohtla-J\u00e4rve, Sillam\u00e4e, Narva on omavahel h\u00e4sti seotud. Just ettev\u00f5tlustegevuse t\u00f5ttu ilmselt s\u00f5idetakse palju ja ei s\u00f5ideta ainult hommikusel ja \u00f5htusel tipptunnil, vaid tegelikult on s\u00f5itmine terve t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4eva v\u00e4ltel suhteliselt tihe,&#8221; r\u00e4\u00e4kis Palmi.<\/p>\n<p>Probleem on ka J\u00f5hviga, kus \u00e4ripargi arengu t\u00f5ttu liiklussagedus aina kasvab ja korraliku \u00fcmbers\u00f5idutee puudumine on hakanud juba maakonnakeskuse arengut p\u00e4rssima.<\/p>\n<p>Neljarajalise maantee ehituseks on eelt\u00f6\u00f6d ammu tehtud.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Eelprojektid on meil valminud. J\u00f5hvist kuni Toila ristmikuni on t\u00e4ielikult valmis, nii et me oleksime v\u00f5imelised k\u00e4ivitama maade omandamise ja siis ette valmistama vajadusel juba ka ehitushanget. Ja on olemas eelprojekt Sillam\u00e4e-Narva l\u00f5igule, kus me samamoodi oleme valmis p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt kohe k\u00e4ivitama maade omandamise ja alustama j\u00e4rgmise etapi hankega. Selles mahus me oleksime t\u00e4na valmis juba tegema,&#8221; selgitas Palmi.<\/p>\n<p>Samas, nagu kinnitab Anti Palmi, ei anna praegune riiklik teehoiukava J\u00f5hvi-Narva maantee ehituseks mingit lootust. Riik on keskendunud Tallinna-P\u00e4rnu ja Tallinna-Tartu maanteele, Narva suund on m\u00e4ngust v\u00e4ljas.<\/p>\n<p>Parimal juhul v\u00f5iks 2+2 maantee ehitus k\u00f5ne alla tulla alles 30-ndate aastate teises pooles.
