{"id":21051,"date":"2025-10-16T14:58:06","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T14:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/21051\/"},"modified":"2025-10-16T14:58:06","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T14:58:06","slug":"balti-jaama-tunnelisse-tuleb-rattaparkla-mis-peaks-valmima-aasta-lopus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/21051\/","title":{"rendered":"Balti jaama tunnelisse tuleb rattaparkla, mis peaks valmima aasta l\u00f5pus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kuna Vana-Kalamaja t\u00e4nava rekonstrueerimise raames toodi jalak\u00e4ijad tagasi maa peale, siis on Balti jaama tunnel Tallinna linnapea Jevgeni Ossinovski s\u00f5nul alakasutatud. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eSarnaseid pikemaajalise hoiustamise v\u00f5imalusi on plaan luua edaspidi nii \u00dclemiste terminali kui ka bussijaama juurde,\u201c lisas Ossinovski. <\/p>\n<p>Rattaparkla rajatakse Balti jaama juures asuvasse maa-alusesse tunnelisse. Parklasse rajatakse ligi 30 rattahoidjat, mis mahutavad kuni 60 ratast. <\/p>\n<p>Tunnelitasandile paigaldatakse lukustatavate ustega v\u00f5reseinad. Ustele paigaldatakse lukustuss\u00fcsteem, mis v\u00f5imaldab uksi avada Tallinna \u00fchiskaardiga. Tunneli sissep\u00e4\u00e4sutreppidele paigaldatakse rattarennid, et rattaga saaks h\u00f5lpsamalt liikuda. <\/p>\n<p>Jalak\u00e4ijad saavad Toompuiestee-alust tunnelit j\u00e4tkuvalt kasutada ka p\u00e4rast parkla valmimist.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ik rattaparkla vaheseinad ja rattahoidjad on disainitud nii, et neid saaks kiiresti eemaldada, v\u00f5imaldades ohuolukorras kogu Balti jaama tunnelit kasutada avaliku varjumispaigana.<\/p>\n<p>Projekteerimist\u00f6\u00f6de j\u00e4rel koosk\u00f5lastab Tallinna keskkonna- ja kommunaalamet projekti k\u00f5igi kaasatud osapooltega. Parkla ehitab Mefab O\u00dc. <\/p>\n<p>Parkla rajamise kogumaksumus on 57 200 eurot, t\u00f6id finantseerib Tallinna linn.
