K.) Scandikodult kuulutuse kohaselt t\u00e4ielikult <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/96849984\/renoveerimine-1\" tag-id=\"96849984\">renoveeritud<\/a> korteri. Scandikodu O\u00dc tegeleb peamiselt korterite ostu-m\u00fc\u00fcgi ja renoveerimisega, spetsialiseerudes Skandinaavia stiilis \u201ekolimisvalmis\u201c korteritele Tallinnas ja selle \u00fcmbruses. Sisuliselt on firma kontseptsioon t\u00fc\u00fcpiline \u201e<a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/96867768\/flippimine\" tag-id=\"96867768\">flippimine<\/a>\u201c. Nad ostavad, renoveerivad ja m\u00fc\u00fcvad objekti kasumiga maha. <\/p>\n<p>Kaks ja pool aastat hiljem, 2024. aasta septembris tabas Kerstit aga \u00e4\u00e4rmiselt ebameeldiv \u00fcllatus. Korteris kukkus seina k\u00fcljest alla veeboiler, mis l\u00f5hkus WC-poti ja pesumasina ning kahjustas ka seina ja boilerit ennast. Kersti p\u00f6\u00f6rdus samal p\u00e4eval kirjalikult Scandikodu poole, kuid firmaga ei \u00f5nnestunud kahe p\u00e4eva jooksul kontakti saada. Kuna olukord oli kriitiline ja n\u00f5udis viivitamatut sekkumist, otsustas Kersti ise tellida oma raha eest avariit\u00f6\u00f6d, et korterit oleks v\u00f5imalik edasi kasutada. <\/p>\n<p>Oled juba tellija?
