T\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5upuudust leevendatakse nutikate automatiseeritud lahendustega \u2013 alates elektroonilistest hinnasiltidest kuni sularaha k\u00e4itlemise automaatikani. Timberg r\u00f5hutab, et tehnoloogia ei toimi iseseisva \u201eimevahendina\u201c, vaid peab olema osa terviklikust protsesside muutmisest. Osaliselt t\u00e4hendab see ka kaupmeeste ja nende organisatsioonide v\u00f5imekuse kasvatamist, sest \u201eainult seadmeid m\u00fc\u00fces ei muutu midagi\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Saates tuleb juttu ka ligip\u00e4\u00e4setavuse n\u00f5uetest, mille t\u00e4itmisel ootab kaubandussektor senini suuremat selgust. Timberg kinnitab, et tehnoloogilised lahendused on valmis, ent arusaam rakendamise mahust ja sisust on j\u00e4\u00e4nud paljuski ebaselgeks.<\/p>\n<p>Kaubakadu, eriti iseteeninduskassade levikuga, on muutunud p\u00e4evakajaliseks probleemiks. Saates arutatakse, millised on seadusega lubatud tehnoloogilised vahendid, mis aitavad v\u00e4hendada vargusi, ilma et rikuks isikuandmete kaitset.
