Erandina p\u00fcsisid korterite ruutmeetrihinnad esimeses kvartalis muutumatuna Tallinnas, kus hinnad t\u00f5usid alles n\u00fc\u00fcd, teises kvartalis 3,9%,\u201c selgitas Umbleja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">Tehingute rahaline maht oli 2025. aasta teises kvartalis suurem nii esimesest kvartalist kui ka 2024. aasta teisest kvartalist. Viimati oli korterite ja majade tehingute rahaline maht praegusest suurem 2022. aasta teises kvartalis, kuid siis oli ka tehingute arv suurem. <\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">\u201eSeega saab \u00f6elda, et <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/74371747\/kinnisvara\" tag-id=\"74371747\">kinnisvara<\/a> hinnatase oli selle aasta teises kvartalis k\u00f5rgem v\u00f5rreldes 2022. aasta teise kvartaliga ning 2022. aasta teise kvartali suurem tehingute rahaline maht oli tingitud turu suuremast aktiivsusest,\u201c kommenteeris Umbleja.<\/p>\n<p>   <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/9858c15e-20d3-4689-bb0d-e5fc31eeb830.jpg\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Eluaseme hinnaindeks tegi teises kvartalis j\u00f5nksu \u00fcles\"\/>      <\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">Eluaseme hinnaindeks n\u00e4itab, kui palju on kodumajapidamiste poolt eluaseme soetamiseks tehtud tehingute puhul ruutmeetrihinnad ajas muutunud.
