Kuid kas see j\u00e4i lootusetult hiljaks?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rootsi h\u00e4vitajad Saab Gripen, mida Ukraina loodab endale saada, olid algul loodud just selleks, et tulla toime N\u00f5ukogude Liidu suuremahulise r\u00fcnnakuga, ning sobivad suurep\u00e4raselt Ukraina s\u00f5japidamisviisiga, kus eelistatakse hajutatud ja varjatud lennuv\u00e4lju suurte, kergesti sihitavate \u00f5huv\u00e4ebaaside asemel. \u00dcks Gripeni p\u00f5hiomadusi on v\u00f5ime startida ja maanduda peale v\u00e4ikeste lennuv\u00e4ljade ka maanteedelt. See teeb selle parimaks valikuks olukorras, kus Ukraina peab oma lennukeid pidevalt \u00fcmber paigutama, et v\u00e4ltida Venemaa raketir\u00fcnnakuid. Kauaoodatud F-16 lennukitega on maanteedel raske opereerida, sest F-16 \u00f5huv\u00f5tuavad on v\u00e4ga madalal ja need t\u00f5mbavad kergesti sisse teekattelt lenduvat prahti, mis p\u00f5hjustab mootoririkkeid. F-16 vajab pikemat ja v\u00e4ga puhast stardirada, v\u00e4hemalt 800 meetri pikkust, mida Ukrainas eriti kuskilt v\u00f5tta pole. Ameeriklased on kavandanud F-16 tegutsema NATO h\u00e4sti kaitstud ja varustatud lennuv\u00e4ebaasidest, mitte hajutatud v\u00f5i h\u00e4vinud infrastruktuuriga maanteedelt ning see tuleneb otseselt nende s\u00f5jalise doktriini ja logistika p\u00f5him\u00f5tetest.<\/p>\n<p>Ukraina president Volod\u00f5m\u00f5r Zelensk\u00f5i on avaldanud lootust, et Rootsilt suudetakse hankida 100\u2013150 Gripenit. Rootsi kaitseminister P\u00e5l Jonson m\u00e4rkis, et rahastust veel arutatakse, kuna tegemist oleks k\u00fcmnetesse miljarditesse eurodesse k\u00fc\u00fcndiva suurtehinguga. Esimesed h\u00e4vitajad j\u00f5uaksid Ukrainasse alles mitme aasta p\u00e4rast, kuid kui see juhtub, sobiksid nende omadused t\u00e4pselt Ukraina \u00f5huj\u00f5udude vajadusega. Kuna rootslastel seisab kasutuseta ka kaks eskadrilli Saab Gripeni vanemaid C ja D modifikatsioone, v\u00f5iks ideaalis Ukraina Gripenid saada ka varem, kui tehasest v\u00e4ljuksid Zelensk\u00f5i ihaldatud uusimad E ja F tippmudelid. <a rel=\"noopener follow nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/inventure.com.ua\/news\/ukraine\/saab-hochet-postroit-v-ukraine-zavod-po-proizvodstvu-istrebitelej-gripen\" data-rel-date-range=\"[]\">Saab tahaks rajada Ukrainasse Gripeni h\u00e4vituslennukite tootmistehase<\/a>, et t\u00e4ita seda suurt tellimust. Seni on Saab ehitanud umbes 300 Gripenit, ja kui Ukraina tehing realiseeruks, siis lisanduks ettev\u00f5ttele 100\u2013150 tellimust. Saabi juht Mikael Johansson peab v\u00f5imalikuks, et Ukrainas toimuks v\u00e4hemalt kokkupanek ja katselennud, tulevikus ka komponentide tootmine, mis s\u00fcvendaks tehnoloogilist koost\u00f6\u00f6d ning s\u00fcmboliseeriks Euroopa ja Ukraina kaitsealast l\u00f5imumist.<\/p>\n<p>Oled juba tellija?
