Ta lisas, et muudatus karistab s\u00e4\u00e4stvat transporti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKui tahame v\u00e4hem \u00f5nnetusi, vajame rohkem ohutuid jalgrattateid, mitte absurdeid piiranguid, mida on f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt v\u00f5imatu j\u00e4rgida,\u201c \u00fctles Pek\u00e1r. \u201eMainitud kiirusel on jalgratturil raske tasakaalu hoida.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Seadus j\u00f5ustub j\u00e4rgmise aasta alguses, kuid selle pooldajad pole veel selgitanud, kuidas seda kavatsetakse j\u00f5ustada.<\/p>\n<p>Keskmine inimese k\u00f5ndimiskiirus j\u00e4\u00e4b tavaliselt 4-5 kilomeetrini tunnis.
