Sisuliselt motiveerib kallinev <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/70106323\/piima-hind\" tag-id=\"70106323\">piima hind<\/a> j\u00e4tkuva inflatsiooni kartuses kinnisvara ostma,\u201c \u00fctles Subat\u0161jus.<\/p>\n<p>Uus Maa anal\u00fc\u00fcsijuhi s\u00f5nul on praegu endiselt ostjaturg, kus valikut on piisavalt ning m\u00fc\u00fcjad peavad tehingu tegemiseks vastu tulema, kuid tingimisruum on v\u00e4iksemaks j\u00e4\u00e4nud. \u201eKui pool aastat tagasi oli kinnisvara pakkumis- ja tehinguhindade vahe kohati 10\u201315 %, siis n\u00fc\u00fcd on see taandunud 5\u201310 %-le,\u201c s\u00f5nas Subat\u0161jus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePakkumis- ja tehinguhinna vahe on praegu suurem Tallinna uusarendustel \u2013 m\u00fc\u00fcgikuulutustes oli keskmine ruutmeetri hind septembris 5019 eurot, aga tehinguid tehti 4600 euro juures. Samas n\u00e4iteks Tallinna l\u00e4hi\u00fcmbruse uute korterite pakkumis- ja tehinguhinna vahe oli ainult 30 eurot ruutmeetri kohta.
