G City pakub Cityconi aktsion\u00e4ridele 4 eurot aktsia eest, mis on ligikaudu 36 protsenti k\u00f5rgem kui ettev\u00f5tte reedene sulgemishind (2,95 eurot).<\/p>\n<p>Ettev\u00f5te teatas, et koos oma t\u00fctarfirma Gazit Europe Netherlandsiga on nende osalus t\u00f5usnud \u00fcle 50 protsendi, mis toob kaasa seadusest tuleneva kohustuse teha avalik \u00fclev\u00f5tmispakkumine. Cityconi juhatus kinnitas, et on pakkumise k\u00e4tte saanud, kuid arutab seda enne seisukoha avaldamist ka s\u00f5ltumatute liikmetega.<\/p>\n<p>Cityconile kuulub 28 kaubanduskeskust, neist 9 Soomes, 6 Rootsis, 10 Norras, 2 Taanis ja 1 Eestis. Varem kuulus ettev\u00f5ttele Eestis ka Kristiine keskus, mille Eesti investoritele kuuluv EfTEN ABC4 O\u00dc m\u00f6\u00f6dunud aastal \u00e4ra ostis.<\/p>\n<p>Citycon on P\u00f5hjamaade n\u00f5rga kinnisvaraturu t\u00f5ttu viimastel aastatel raskustes olnud ning oma varade v\u00e4\u00e4rtust v\u00e4hendama pidanud.
