Luige juhitav HHL R\u00fchm Osa\u00fching pakub aktsia kohta 1,25 eurot. Pakkuja teatel p\u00f5hineb hind 2025. aasta esimese kolme kvartali keskmisel b\u00f6rsihinnal (1,1165 eurot), millele on lisatud 14,91% preemia.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f5rreldes reede sulgemishinnaga (1,15 eurot) on preemia siiski v\u00e4iksem \u2013 8,7 protsenti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEks iga aktsion\u00e4r peab ise otsustama,\u201c kommenteeris Randma k\u00fcsimust, kas pakutav preemia on piisav.<\/p>\n<p>Pakutav hind j\u00e4\u00e4b aga alla anal\u00fc\u00fcsimaja ootuste. Vaid p\u00e4ev enne \u00fclev\u00f5tmisteadaannet, 6. novembril, avaldas Enlight Research Ekspress Grupi kohta v\u00e4rske anal\u00fc\u00fcsi, kus kergitas oma baasstsenaariumi \u00f5iglase v\u00e4\u00e4rtuse hinnasihi 1,61 eurole. Enlighti optimistlik (pulline) stsenaarium n\u00e4gi aktsia hinnaks 1,98 eurot ning pessimistlik (karune) hinnasiht oli 1,23 eurot.<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi j\u00e4rjekordse ettev\u00f5tte lahkumine b\u00f6rsilt on laiemalt halb uudis, ei saa Ekspress Grupi lahkumist Randma s\u00f5nul v\u00f5rrelda n\u00e4iteks Enefit Greeniga. \u201eViimase kaheteist kuu jooksul oli Ekspress Grupi k\u00e4ive p\u00f5hinimekirjas 0,3%,\u201c s\u00f5nas Randma, lisades, et ettev\u00f5tte m\u00f5ju Balti b\u00f6rsile on v\u00e4ike.<\/p>\n<p>HHL R\u00fchma juhatuse liige Hans H. Luik p\u00f5hjendas b\u00f6rsilt lahkumise soovi sellega, et ettev\u00f5ttel puudub vajadus suures mahus kapitali kaasata. Samuti t\u00f5i ta v\u00e4lja b\u00f6rsil olekuga kaasnevad administratiiv- ja finantskulud.<\/p>\n<p>Eduka pakkumise korral, millega HHL R\u00fchm soovib saavutada 90%-lise osaluse, taotleb ettev\u00f5te \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud aktsiate \u00fclev\u00f5tmist ja alustab aktsiate b\u00f6rsi p\u00f5hinimekirjast eemaldamise menetlust.
