S\u00fcgis inspireerib looma hooajalist ja ainulaadset, seda ka selleaastased erimen\u00fc\u00fcd peegeldavad,\u201c \u00fctles Tartu toiduvaldkonna juht Marilin Kroon.<\/p>\n<p>Kokku on lepitud, et \u201eMetsast taldrikule\u201c erimen\u00fc\u00fcde hind j\u00e4\u00e4b vahemikku 27\u201332 eurot ning men\u00fc\u00fc sisaldab kaht k\u00e4iku koos peakoka \u00fcllatusega. Men\u00fc\u00fcdes leidub ka sellel aastal palju p\u00f5nevaid ja erilisi kooslusi. Seenemoos, hirveliha-kitsemampli biifsteek, metskitserullid, sarapuup\u00e4hkli-kuusev\u00f5rsebesee, odrapopcorn ja mascarpone-n\u00f5mmliivatee kreem on vaid m\u00f5ned n\u00e4ited, mis toovad esile meie metsade ja kohaliku toidu rikkalisuse.<\/p>\n<p>Kolmandat korda l\u00f6\u00f6b ettev\u00f5tmises kaasa Mulgi K\u00f5rts Abja-Paluojast.
