Samuti pakuvad eestlased m\u00fc\u00fcgiks kinnisvara Soomes, Saksamaal, Bulgaarias, Egiptuses, Poolas, K\u00fcprosel, P\u00f5hja-K\u00fcprosel, Rootsis ja Ahvenamaal. Eksootilisematest piirkondadest on esindatud n\u00e4iteks Indoneesia ja Mehhiko.<\/p>\n<p>Populaarsuselt teisel kohal on Soome. \u201cSoomes m\u00fc\u00fcdava kinnisvara puhul tunnevad k\u00fclastajad enim huvi majade, suvilate ja majaosade vastu,\u201d selgitab Uibom\u00e4e. N\u00e4iteks on portaalis olnud m\u00fc\u00fcgis v\u00e4rskendamist vajav majaosa P\u00f5hja-Karjalas 12 000 euroga ning suure krundiga suvila 86 000 euroga. Itaalia Gavi veinipiirkonnas oli n\u00e4iteks hiljuti m\u00fc\u00fcgis v\u00e4ike maja 75 000 euroga. Mere\u00e4\u00e4rne 3-toaline korter Bocca di Magras on aga saadaval 225 000 euro eest ning Castell\u2019 Alfero piirkonnas pakutakse \u00fcheksa toaga renoveeritud villat 610 000 euroga.<\/p>\n<p>Uibom\u00e4e s\u00f5nul kasvab j\u00e4rjest ka huvi T\u00fcrgi korterite vastu, mille hinnad j\u00e4\u00e4vad vahemikku 78 000\u2013255 000 eurot. Samuti tunnevad eestlased \u00fcha suuremat huvi Tai, Bali, Leedu, L\u00e4ti, Gruusia, K\u00fcprose, Rootsi ja Dubai kinnisvara vastu.<\/p>\n<p>Kinnisvara24 v\u00e4lismaa kinnisvara kuulutuste lehelt saab praegu k\u00f5ige soodsama hinnaga kinnisvara soetada L\u00e4tist, kus tehasemaja hinnad algavad 35 000 eurost.
