V\u00f5imalus j\u00f5uda k\u00f5igi vajalike sihtkohtadeni 15 minutiga on vaid v\u00e4iksel osal elanikest \u2013 enamasti v\u00e4iksemates linnades.<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi Tallinn j\u00e4\u00e4b Eesti keskmisest maha, on ta Balti riikide pealinnade v\u00f5rdluses siiski parimas positsioonis \u2013 15 minuti linnale l\u00e4hemal kui Vilnius ja Riia, kus vastavalt vaid 13 ja \u00fcheksa protsenti inimestest j\u00f5uab sihtkohtadeni veerand tunniga.<\/p>\n<p>Friendly City Indexi koostamisel anal\u00fc\u00fcsiti Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa linnade tulemusi, jaotades need suuruse j\u00e4rgi. Selline jaotus n\u00e4itas, et \u00fcle miljoni elanikuga linnade kategoorias on 15 minuti linnale k\u00f5ige l\u00e4hemal Varssavi 15,9 protsendiga), millele j\u00e4rgnevad Praha 13,8 protsendiga ja Bukarest 13 protsendiga.<\/p>\n<p>500 000 miljoni elanikuga linnade kategoorias paistavad silma Poola linnad: Krak\u00f3w (30,3 protsenti), \u0141\u00f3d\u017a (28,9 protsenti) ja Wroc\u0142aw (26,8 protsenti).<\/p>\n<p>Keskmise suurusega ehk 250 000 \u2013 500 000 elanikuga linnade seas juhib Split 44 protsendiga ja selle kategooria 15 linna v\u00f5rdluses j\u00e4\u00e4b Tallinn kahjuks t\u00e4iesti nimekirja l\u00f5ppu 19 protsendiga.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige paremaid tulemusi n\u00e4itavad siiski k\u00f5ige v\u00e4iksemad, kuni 100 000 elanikuga linnad, kus edetabeli tipus on Horvaatia linnad Zadar (53,6 protsenti) ja Osijek (47,4 protsenti), kuid eesotsas on ka Narva ja Kohtla-J\u00e4rve (46 protsenti). See kinnitab, et kompaktsed linnad pakuvad elanikele kiiremaid ja mugavamaid igap\u00e4evaseid liikumisv\u00f5imalusi<\/p>\n<p>Friendly City Index on rahvusvaheline projekt, mille eesm\u00e4rk on hinnata elukvaliteeti ja linnade arengut Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopas, v\u00f5ttes arvesse elanike kogemusi. Indeks keskendub sellistele teguritele, nagu igap\u00e4evaste s\u00f5itude pikkus, rohealade ligip\u00e4\u00e4s ning jalgratta- ja jalak\u00e4ijate infrastruktuur.<\/p>\n<p>2025. aasta uuring viidi l\u00e4bi \u00fcheksas riigis \u2013 Eestis, L\u00e4tis, Leedus, Poolas, T\u0161ehhis, Slovakkias, Ukrainas, Horvaatias ja Rumeenias. Kokku vastas k\u00fcsitlusele 4500 inimest.
