Madalama palgaga t\u00f6\u00f6tajate seas otsib aga aktiivselt uut t\u00f6\u00f6kohta kuni 47% t\u00f6\u00f6tajatest, mis on selge m\u00e4rk sellest, et t\u00f6\u00f6tajate hoidmisel on v\u00f5tmeroll konkurentsiv\u00f5imelisel palgal ning n\u00e4htavatel arenguv\u00f5imalustel. <\/p>\n<p> <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/96879416\/motivatsioon\" tag-id=\"96879416\">Motivatsioon<\/a> koolitustel osalemiseks: areng kui isiklik investeering  <\/p>\n<p>Peaaegu pooled t\u00f6\u00f6tajad n\u00e4evad koolitusi mitte ainult t\u00f6\u00f6andja ootuste t\u00e4itmisena, vaid ka v\u00f5imalusena t\u00e4iendada oma oskusi ja avada uusi karj\u00e4\u00e4riv\u00f5imalusi. \u00dcle poolte k\u00fcsitletud t\u00f6\u00f6tajatest osaleb koolitustel, et parandada oma tulevasi karj\u00e4\u00e4riv\u00e4ljavaateid. T\u00f6\u00f6andjate jaoks on see v\u00f5imalus kujundada koolitustest v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslik t\u00f6\u00f6riist, mis aitab tugevdada t\u00f6\u00f6tajate p\u00fchendumust ja lojaalsust. <\/p>\n<p>Uuring n\u00e4itab, et koolitused on saanud lahutamatuks osaks t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva t\u00f6\u00f6keskkonnast. Rohkem kui 56% t\u00f6\u00f6tajatest on viimase kuue kuu jooksul osalenud <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/56818348\/tooandjad\" tag-id=\"56818348\">t\u00f6\u00f6andja<\/a> pakutud koolitustel, mis kinnitab, et v\u00f5imalused laienevad ja t\u00f6\u00f6tajate arendamine t\u00f5useb \u00fcha enam strateegiliseks prioriteediks.
