Neile j\u00e4rgnevad P\u00e4rnu 41, Tartu 36 ja Tallinn 19,2 protsendiga.<\/p>\n<p>Viimastel aastatel v\u00e4ga populaarseks saanud 15 minuti linna idee rajaneb p\u00f5him\u00f5ttel, et inimene peaks suutma oma k\u00e4igud t\u00f6\u00f6le, kooli, poodi, tervishoiuasutusse v\u00f5i vaba aja veetmise kohta teha jalgsi, jalgratta v\u00f5i \u00fchiss\u00f5idukiga veerand tunniga. Autot ei l\u00e4he sellises linnas enamasti vaja. Tegemist on linnaplaneerimise p\u00f5him\u00f5ttega, mis seab esikohale elukeskkonna kompaktsuse ja teenuste k\u00e4ttesaadavuse, tagades mugava, tervisliku ja inims\u00f5braliku elukeskkonna.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcheksas Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa riigis tehtud uuring n\u00e4itas, et koguni 48 suuremas linnas v\u00f5tavad enamiku elanike igap\u00e4evased s\u00f5idud pool tundi v\u00f5i kauem. V\u00f5imalus j\u00f5uda igasse vajalikku sihtkohta 15 minutiga on napil osal elanikest ja enamasti v\u00e4iksemates linnades.<\/p>\n<p>Friendly City Indexi koostamisel anal\u00fc\u00fcsiti Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa linnade tulemusi, jaotades need suuruse j\u00e4rgi. Selline jaotus n\u00e4itas, et \u00fcle miljoni elanikuga linnade arvestuses on 15 minuti linnale k\u00f5ige l\u00e4hemal Varssavi 15,9 protsendiga), j\u00e4rgnevad Praha 13,8 ja Bukarest 13 protsendiga.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcle 500 000 elanikuga linnade kategoorias paistavad silma Poola linnad: Krak\u00f3w (30,3 protsenti), \u0141\u00f3d\u017a (28,9 protsenti) ja Wroc\u0142aw (26,8 protsenti).<\/p>\n<p>Keskmise suurusega ehk 250 000 \u2013 500 000 elanikuga linnade seas juhib Split 44 protsendiga ja selle kategooria 15 linna v\u00f5rdluses j\u00e4\u00e4b Tallinn kahjuks nimekirja l\u00f5ppu 19 protsendiga.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige paremaid tulemusi n\u00e4itavad siiski k\u00f5ige v\u00e4iksemad, kuni 100 000 elanikuga linnad, kus edetabeli tipus troonivad Horvaatia linnad Zadar (53,6 protsenti) ja Osijek (47,4 protsenti), kuid eesotsas on ka Narva ja Kohtla-J\u00e4rve (46 protsenti). See kinnitab, et kompaktsed linnad pakuvad elanikele kiiremaid ja mugavamaid igap\u00e4evaseid liikumisviise.<\/p>\n<p>Friendly City Indexi eesm\u00e4rk on hinnata elukvaliteeti ja linnade arengut Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopas, v\u00f5ttes arvesse elanike kogemusi. Indeks keskendub sellistele teguritele nagu igap\u00e4evaste s\u00f5itude pikkus, rohealade ligip\u00e4\u00e4s, jalgratta- ja jalak\u00e4ijate taristu.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4navune uuring korraldati \u00fcheksas riigis: Eestis, L\u00e4tis, Leedus, Poolas, T\u0161ehhis, Slovakkias, Ukrainas, Horvaatias ja Rumeenias ning k\u00fcsitlusele vastas 4500 inimest.
