Ta lisas, et ostjal on v\u00f5imalus viiendast toast kujundada n\u00e4iteks kontor-kabinet, raamatukogu, j\u00f5usaal v\u00f5i kinotuba.<\/p>\n<p>Varblase s\u00f5nul on tegu kvartali ainsa viietoalise korteriga, mis pakub vaateid nii merele kui ka sisehoovi.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fc\u00fcdi ka 11 500-eurose ruutmeetrihinnaga<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi m\u00fc\u00fcki tulnud korteri ruutmeetrihind on 10 000 eurot, on arendaja s\u00f5nul sarnases hinnaklassis tehinguid toimunud Kalarannas varemgi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePisut poeetiliselt v\u00f5ib \u00f6elda, et Kalaranna on koht, kus Tallinna k\u00f5ige hinnatumad ruutmeetrid kohtuvad mere ja arhitektuuri harmooniaga. Viimases etapis valminud nelja maja puhul m\u00fc\u00fcsime \u00fche korteri koguni 11 500 eur\/m2 hinnaga, kuid 10 000 euro suuruse ruutmeetrihinnaga kortereid on juba m\u00fc\u00fcdud 10 t\u00fckki,\u201c kirjeldas Varblane turuolukorda.<\/p>\n<p>Ta lisas, et kvartalis on veel saadaval ka m\u00f5ned v\u00e4iksemad korterid, mille maksumus algab 187 000 eurost.<\/p>\n<p>Kuue hektari suurusesse Kalaranna Kvartalisse on ehitatud 12 hoonet kokku 386 korteriga, millest arendaja teatel on t\u00e4naseks m\u00fc\u00fcdud 85%. K\u00f5ik hoonete esimestele korrustele rajatud 29 \u00e4ripinda on samuti m\u00fc\u00fcdud. Kvartali juurde kuulub avalik mere\u00e4\u00e4rne promenaad koos kohvikute, restoranide, liivaranna ja m\u00e4nguv\u00e4ljakutega.
