N\u00fc\u00fcd on see komme ununenud. Kuid L\u00f5una-J\u00e4rvamaa ja P\u00f5hja-Eesti kokad otsustasid lumepallisupi taas ausse t\u00f5sta \u2013 selleks korraldati \u00fchised maav\u00f5istlused lumepallisupi valmistamises.<\/p>\n<p>Kui J\u00e4rvamaa oli kolm aastat tagasi Eestimaa toidupiirkond, sai naabritega P\u00f5hja-Eestist arutatud, kus tehakse paremat lumepallisuppi. Esmasp\u00e4eval olidki T\u00fcril koos viis kokka kummastki piirkonnast ja m\u00f5\u00f5duv\u00f5tmine kujunes t\u00f5sisemaks kui loodeti.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hinnatakse maitset ja v\u00e4limust ja seda, kas vana lumepallisupi algne idee on s\u00e4ilinud. Ja salajased komponendid on lubatud,&#8221; selgitas L\u00f5una-J\u00e4rvamaa koost\u00f6\u00f6kogu konsultant Kristina Gudinas.<\/p>\n<p>Kuigi lumepallisupp on vana hea magustoit, on see praegusaja noortele t\u00e4iesti tundmatu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;V\u00f5in oma kodus \u00f6elda, et minu noori see ei k\u00f5neta. Ja isegi kui sa seda teed, siis sa ei tee seda \u00fche inimese jagu. Nii et v\u00e4ga harva kui sulle tulevad k\u00fclla inimesed, kes seda hinnata oskavad, siis sa seda teedki,&#8221; \u00fctles Gudinas.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f5hitoorainetena kasutati piima, mune, jahu, t\u00e4rklist ja suhkrut. M\u00f5ni kokk tegi panuse p\u00f5nevatele lisanditele ja kaunile v\u00e4limusele, teine j\u00e4lle hindas toiduvalmistamise traditsioone.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tuleb l\u00e4htuda klassikast, ma arvan, et kui midagi on h\u00e4sti juba kunagi tehtud, siis ei tasu seda hakata veel paremaks tegema. Aga ta on selline magustoit, mis annab inimesele nii valku, kui kaltsiumi \u2013 \u00fches\u00f5naga puhas kodumaine toit,&#8221; s\u00f5nas Sagadi restorani peakokk Maren Rits.<\/p>\n<p>Eesti peakokkade \u00fchenduse president Taigo Lepik \u00fctles, t\u00e4nased v\u00f5istlejad olid v\u00e4ga leidlikud, oskuslikult kasutati magusa ja hapu koosm\u00f5ju.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kes k\u00fcpsetas piima sees, kes k\u00fcpsetas ahjus, kes k\u00fcpsetas aurus. H\u00e4sti palju erinevaid nii\u00f6elda lahedusi oli,&#8221; \u00fctles Eesti Peakokkade \u00dchenduse president Taigo Lepik.<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00fcrii hinnnagul valmistas k\u00f5ige maitsvama lumepallisupi Paide Vabakohviku perenaine Ave-Triin Eidemiller, kes \u00fcllatas lumepallisupi tekstuuri ja maitse puhtusega.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kastme tekstuur oli h\u00e4sti sametine ja m\u00f5nus, lumepall oli \u00f5igesti k\u00fcpsetatud, k\u00fcpsusaste oli hea. Natukene hapukust oli lisatud, mis mahtus igasse ampsu,&#8221; m\u00e4rkis Lepik.<\/p>\n<p>Niisiis pole v\u00f5imatu, et selle h\u00f5rgu magustoidu v\u00f5i juba l\u00e4hitulevikus leida nii m\u00f5negi restorani men\u00fc\u00fcst.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kunagi oli paljudes Eesti kodudes kombeks, et kui maha sadas esimene lumi, tuli teha lumepallisuppi.
