Automotive Newsi teatel veeresid viimased Focused tootmisliinilt maha 17. novembril ning seda \u00fcsna lihtsalt ja ilma tseremooniata. Viimane auto l\u00e4heb Fordi muuseumisse ja eelviimane loositakse v\u00e4lja tehase t\u00f6\u00f6tajate vahel.<\/p>\n<p>Ford Focusest sai Euroopas kiiresti \u00fcks populaarsemaid s\u00f5iduautosid. Mudelit hinnati soodsa hinna, hea juhitavuse ja praktilise ruumikuse t\u00f5ttu. Aastate jooksul kasvas sellest Fordi nn maailmaauto \u2013 mudel, mida nii toodeti kui ka m\u00fc\u00fcdi pea igal mandril. Kokku m\u00fc\u00fcdi Focust \u00fcle 12 miljoni auto.<\/p>\n<p>Mudelit toodeti neljas p\u00f5lvkonnas ning valikus on olnud 3- ja 5-ukseline luukp\u00e4ra, sedaan ja universaal. Teise p\u00f5lvkonna ajal pakuti isegi k\u00f5vakatusega kabrioletti. Oma ajast ees oli Focus ka elektriautode lainel: 2011. aastal j\u00f5udis turule esimene t\u00e4iselektriline versioon, mis oli \u00fcks Fordi esimesi emissioonivabu mudeleid.<\/p>\n<p>Ford Focus RS osales ka WRC rallisarjas. Eestlastest on selle mudeliga rallit s\u00f5itnud n\u00e4iteks nii Markko M\u00e4rtin kui Georg Gross.<\/p>\n<p>Focuse ja Fiesta, mille tootmine l\u00f5ppes juba 2023. aastal, kadumine on j\u00e4tnud Fordi ilma kahest oma suurima m\u00fc\u00fcgimahuga mudelist Euroopas, muutes drastiliselt ettev\u00f5tte positsiooni turul. Euroopa autot\u00f6\u00f6stuse \u00fchenduse ACEA andmetel langes Ford 2015. aasta m\u00fc\u00fcgimahult teiselt kohalt Euroopas eelmisel aastal 12. kohale, kaotades selle aja jooksul ligi poole oma turuosast.<\/p>\n<p>Fordi \u00fcleilmne mudelipoliitika on viimastel aastatel kiiresti muutunud. Autotootja keskendub rohkem elektrilistele linnamaasturitele ja kaubikutele \u2013 segmendid, mis toovad ettev\u00f5ttele suuremat kasumit.
