Tema s\u00f5nul ei v\u00f5imalda praegused tingimused neil enam j\u00e4tkata.<\/p>\n<p>2023. aastal kasvas ettev\u00f5tte k\u00e4ive 339,03 miljoni euroni, kuid majandusaasta l\u00f5ppes 11,09 miljoni euro suuruse kahjumiga. Lursoft IT andmetel ei ole ettev\u00f5te 2024. aasta aruannet seni esitanud.<\/p>\n<p>28. oktoobril algatati ettev\u00f5tte suhtes ka saneerimismenetlus. Samal ajal oli SmartLynxil \u00fcle 522 000 euro suurune maksuv\u00f5lg. P\u00e4rast omanike vahetust alustati k\u00fcll taastamiskava elluviimist, kuid Demeniuse s\u00f5nul on renditurg viimastel aastatel olnud keeruline: kulud on kasvanud, lennukite tarned hilinenud ja turu kasv j\u00e4\u00e4nud tagasihoidlikuks.<\/p>\n<p>Oktoobri alguses ostsid SmartLynx Airlinesi \u00e4ra ettev\u00f5tte juhtkond ja Hollandi investeerimisfond Stichting Break Point Distressed Assets Management, mis omab 90% aktsiatest. Juhatuse liikmed Mindaugas Kazakevi\u010dius ja Edvinas omavad kumbki 5% aktsiatest. Lennufirma varasem omanik oli Avia Solutions Group.<\/p>\n<p>SmartLynx teatas toona, et tegutseb iseseisva ettev\u00f5ttena, samas kui SmartLynx Airlines Malta ja SmartLynx Airlines Estonia kuuluvad eelmisele aktsion\u00e4rile.<\/p>\n<p>Balti riikidest lendamise l\u00f5petas SmartLynx 2024. aasta mais.<\/p>\n<p>Raskustest hoolimata oli SmartLynxi 2024. aastal reisijatevedu m\u00e4rgatavas kasvus. Aasta jooksul teenindati 10,66 miljonit reisijat ja tehti \u00fcle 68 000 lennu.
