N\u00fc\u00fcd teatab Cenubanka.lv, et hoone on saanud uue omaniku. <\/p>\n<p>Maja otsis uut omanikku \u00fcsna kaua. Cenubanka.lv andmetel pani  luksuskinnisvarafirma Baltic Sotheby\u2019s International Realty hoone m\u00fc\u00fcki 6,9 miljoni euroga. See oli aastatel 2021-2023. <\/p>\n<p>Ametlikult k\u00e4ttesaadava teabe j\u00e4rgi s\u00f5lmiti aga t\u00e4navu s\u00fcgisel tehing, mille kohaselt maksis ostja ehitusaluse pinna eest 1340 eurot\/m\u00b2. <\/p>\n<p>Nii kujunes m\u00fc\u00fcgihinnaks 3,99 miljonit eurot. See on 2,91 miljonit eurot v\u00e4hem kui paar aastat tagasi k\u00fcsiti. <\/p>\n<p>Tehing h\u00f5lmas lisaks ajaloolisele hoonele ka 1,39 hektari suurust \u00fcmbritsevat maa-ala.<\/p>\n<p>Kummivabriku omaniku villa<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4ti Delfi kirjutas 2021. aastal, et m\u00fc\u00fcgile on j\u00f5udnud muljetavaldav 1887. aastal ehitatud villa \u2013 Riia kummivabriku endise omaniku Johan Wilhelm Mindeli <a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.delfi.ee\/teema\/47866807\/mois\" tag-id=\"47866807\">m\u00f5is<\/a> \u2013 \u0100genskalnsi Kobe pargis. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00fc\u00fcgiinfo j\u00e4rgi on tegemist \u00fchega esimestest telliskivimajadest P\u0101rdaugavas. Hoone arhitekt oli Edmunds von Trompovskis. Maja eristub ajastu teistest telliskivimajadest oma renessanssilike joonte, rikkaliku ja keeruka arhitektuuri poolest \u2013 rohked r\u00f5dud, terrassid ning mitmed detailid. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4rast teist maailmas\u00f5da oli majas meditsiini\u00adkooli \u00fchiselamu. 1992. aastal j\u00e4eti hoone t\u00fchjaks, kuid 1999. aastal alustati renoveerimist, eesm\u00e4rgiga rajada sinna puhkekeskus.<\/p>\n<p>Esimesel korrusel asuvad esindusruumid \u2013 galeriisaal, kabinet ja k\u00f6\u00f6k \u2013, samuti talveaed v\u00e4ljap\u00e4\u00e4suga terrassile, bassein ja saun. Teisel korrusel on magamistuba, neli k\u00fclalistetuba, eraldi riietusruum ja kaks elutuba. Keldrikorrusel paiknevad kaminaga elutuba ja piljardisaal, abiruumid ning j\u00f5usaal. Hoone \u00fchendub garaa\u017eiga, mis sobib ka kollektsioneeritavate autode eksponeerimiseks.
