Fondi konsolideeritud puhas\u00fc\u00fcritulu (NOI) oli novembris 2 568 tuhat eurot, v\u00e4henedes kuuga 6 tuhande euro v\u00f5rra. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">2025. aasta \u00fcheteistk\u00fcmne kuu jooksul teenis fond konsolideeritud \u00fc\u00fcritulu kokku 29,08 miljonit eurot, mis on 3,1% rohkem kui eelmisel aastal samal perioodil. Konsolideeritud EBITDA ulatus samal perioodil 24,45 miljoni euroni, kasvades aastatagusega v\u00f5rreldes 1,9%. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Korrigeeritud rahavoog (EBITDA miinus laenude tagasimaksed miinus intressikulud) ulatus \u00fcheteistk\u00fcmne kuu kokkuv\u00f5ttes 11,9 miljoni euroni, kasvades aastatagusega v\u00f5rreldes 19,9%, peamiselt seoses uute kinnisvarainvesteeringute soetusega eelmise aasta s\u00fcgisel ja k\u00e4esoleva aasta kevadel ning tulenevalt EURIBORi langusest. Fondi laenude kaalutud keskmine intressim\u00e4\u00e4r oli novembri l\u00f5pus 3,99%.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Fondi konsolideeritud 11 kuu tulemuste p\u00f5hjal on fond teeninud investoritele potentsiaalset brutodividendi 82,91 senti aktsia kohta, mis on 12,5% rohkem kui eelmise aasta samal perioodil. Fondivalitseja j\u00e4tkab aktiivselt portfellis olevate tugevate rahavoogudega objektide pangalaenude refinantseerimist eesm\u00e4rgiga kasvatada dividendimaksete v\u00f5imekust.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Novembris laekus fondile suunatud aktsiaemissiooni tulemusel 1,6 miljonit eurot.
