MES-i kaaslaen aitab katta puuduolevast summast kuni 100 000 eurot.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abJ\u00e4tkuv linnastumise trendi pidurdamine on riigi vaates oluline teema, et v\u00e4ltida h\u00fcljatud maapiirkondade tekkimist. Eluaseme kaaslaen on \u00fcks v\u00f5imalus selle probleemi leevendamiseks, aga mitte piisav, et trendi vastupidisesse suunda p\u00f6\u00f6rata,\u00bb \u00fctles MES-i juhatuse liige Meelis Annus ja lisas, et MES on eluaseme kaaslaene v\u00e4lja andunud alates 2021. aasta l\u00f5pust ning nelja aasta jooksul on ligi 370 peret otsustanud rajada kodu maale v\u00f5i parandanud oma elamistingimusi MES-i kaaslaenu abiga.<\/p>\n<p>Pangalaenude, kaaslaenu ja taotlejate omaosalus kokku on ligi 65,4 miljonit eurot. Kaaslaen aitab soodustada noorte perede elama asumist maale. Suurem osa laenuv\u00f5tjatest on 30-34-aastased, k\u00f5rgharidusega inimesed ning maakondade l\u00f5ikes on enim laene v\u00e4ljastatud L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Virumaale, Ida-Virumaale ja Tartumaale.<\/p>\n<p>Kaaslaenu saab kasutada \u00fcle kogu Eesti nendes asustus\u00fcksustes, kus on registreeritud kuni 1000 elanikku ja mis ei ole kantud sihtpiirkonnast v\u00e4lja j\u00e4\u00e4vate haldus\u00fcksuste nimekirja, k\u00f5iki tingimusi saab lugeda sihtasutuse veebilehelt.
