Meeles tuleb aga pidada, et otsuse eeln\u00f5u tuleb korteriomanikele saata kirjalikku taasesitamist v\u00f5imaldavas vormis,\u201c selgitas Mardi. Samas vormis peavad oma seisukoha eeln\u00f5ule esitama ka korteriomanikud. \u201eLisaks on minimaalne t\u00e4htaeg oma seisukoha esitamiseks 7 p\u00e4eva.
