{"id":70277,"date":"2025-12-22T13:40:21","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T13:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/70277\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T13:40:21","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T13:40:21","slug":"eluaseme-hinnaindeks-langes-kolmandas-kvartalis-08-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/70277\/","title":{"rendered":"Eluaseme hinnaindeks langes kolmandas kvartalis 0,8%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Tekst\">Korterite hinnad t\u00f5usid kolmandas kvartalis v\u00f5rreldes 2024. aasta sama ajaga 5,5% ja majade hinnad 4,7%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">Statistikaameti juhtivanal\u00fc\u00fctik M\u00e4rt Umbleja t\u00f5i v\u00e4lja, et eluaseme hinnaindeks langes viimati eelmise kvartaliga v\u00f5rdluses 2024. aasta neljandas kvartalis. \u201eSelle aasta teise kvartaliga v\u00f5rreldes j\u00e4id kolmandas kvartalis korterite hinnad peaaegu samale tasemele, t\u00f5ustes vaid 0,3%. Tallinna korterite hinnad t\u00f5usid 1,7% ja mujal langesid. Majade hinnad langesid \u00fcle Eesti 2,9%, olles varem t\u00f5usnud kolm kvartalit j\u00e4rjest,\u201c \u00fctles Umbleja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">Tehingute rahaline maht oli kolmandas kvartalis suurem kui 2024. aastal samal ajal ja peaaegu sama suur kui teises kvartalis. \u201eV\u00f5rreldes teise kvartaliga kasvas olemasolevate eluasemete tehingute rahaline maht, uute eluasemete tehingute rahaline maht aga v\u00e4henes. Seega eelistati osta juba varem kasutuses olnud kortereid ja maju,\u201c selgitas Umbleja.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Tekst\">Eluaseme hinnaindeks n\u00e4itab, kui palju on kodumajapidamiste poolt eluaseme soetamiseks tehtud tehingute ruutmeetrihinnad ajas muutunud. Indeks koosneb neljast osast: eluaseme ost, muud eluaseme ostmisega seotud teenused, eluaseme kapitaalremont ja eluaseme kindlustus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JoonisejaTabelipealkiri\">Eluaseme hinnaindeksi avaliku huvi peamine esindaja on rahandusministeerium, kelle tellimusel andmeid kogutakse ja anal\u00fc\u00fcsitakse.\u00a0Andmed aitavad saada \u00fclevaate Eesti majanduse hetkeseisust.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JoonisejaTabelipealkiri\">Andmed on avaldatud 22.12 seisuga.
