Mediaanpalga eest sai eelmisel aastal \u00fcle 12 ruutmeetri, mis on 2,5 ruutmeetrit rohkem kui k\u00fcmme aastat varem.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Turu: Erinevalt teistest suurlinnadest saab Turus praegu mediaanpalga eest v\u00e4hem ruutmeetreid kui k\u00fcmnend tagasi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Maakondlikus v\u00f5rdluses on kinnisvara k\u00f5ige v\u00e4hem taskukohane nn majanduse kasvukolmikus (Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa ja P\u00e4ris-Soome), kus vaatamata k\u00f5rgematele palkadele on korterite ruutmeetrihinnad ebaproportsionaalselt k\u00f5rged.
