Mitusada miljonit maksva arenduse ehitust\u00f6\u00f6d v\u00f5iksid alata m\u00f5ne aasta p\u00e4rast.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinnas Reidi tee \u00e4\u00e4res aastaid seisnud viie hektari suurusele platsile hoonete ehitamiseks on sammu l\u00e4hemale saanud. Tristania investile kuuluva ja Nix Estate arendavasse kvartalisse tuleb detailplaneeringu j\u00e4rgi \u00fcle 100 000 ruutmeetri suletud brutopinda.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinna linnavalitsuse algatatud planeeringuala h\u00f5lmab t\u00e4psemalt Nafta t\u00e4nav 1, Petrooleumi t\u00e4nav 6 ja 8 ning Bensiini t\u00e4nav 9, 9a, 9c ja 9d kinnistuid.<\/p>\n<p>Ettev\u00f5tted plaanivad piirkonda ehitada \u00e4rihooneid, korterelamuid kui ka nende kombinatsioone. Hoonete vahele haljastatud teed ja pargi. \u00dcldplaneeringu j\u00e4rgi v\u00f5ib piirkonna t\u00e4isehitus olla kuni 50 protsenti ning haljastus peab moodustama v\u00e4hemalt 30 protsenti kogu alast.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-photo-id=\"3141121\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/3141121hbc72t24.png\"\/>Nafta tn 1 piirkonna eskiis Autor\/allikas: Tristania<\/p>\n<p>Ala arendav Nix Estate plaanib j\u00e4rgmisel aastal korraldada alale arhitektuurikonkursi kvartalile lahenduse leidmiseks. Ettev\u00f5tte juhi Hannes Roosaare s\u00f5nul v\u00f5iksid s\u00f5ltuvalt planeerimismenetluse kestvusest ehitust\u00f6\u00f6d alata 2028-2029. aastal.<\/p>\n<p>Enam kui viie hektari suurust arendust ehitataks mitmes etapis ja esimesed hooned v\u00f5iksid valmida aastatel 2029-2030.
